Alterations and Repairs
ALTERATIONS
We offer an alteration service free of charge on custom sized items (buyer pays postage) within 14 days of receiving the order, please contact us by email for more information if this is required. We can also alter your EDGY JAYD standard sized garment if it needs small adjustments. We can only make garments smaller though!
REPAIRS
Even though we'd like them to be indestructable, we know that garments aren’t, so we offer a free repair service (buyer pays postage) for if threads come unravelled or snap over time. Please contact us by email if this is required.
TO USE THESE SERVICES
Please email amylianne@edgyjayd.com and provide the following information:
1 - Your order number
2 - What item you would like to be altered/repaired
3 - For an alteration: what needs changing and how much by/the new measurements
4 - Whether there is a date that the alteration/repair needs to be done by (we'll let you know if this is possible)
